Please find the Terms and Conditions of our Dublin Horse Show Newsletter competition below. By participating in the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Organiser: The Dublin Horse Show Newsletter is organized by Swedencare Ireland t/a NutriScience, Unit 8 IDA Industrial Estate, Cork Road, Waterford, Ireland.
- Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Ireland only. Employees, their family members, affiliated companies or agencies employees and family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.
- Entry Period: The competition will be begin on Tuesday 8th August and end at midnight Sunday 13th August 2023 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside of this Entry Period will not be accepted, no exceptions.
- How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
- Visit the designated newsletter sign-up page on the website
- Fill out the requested information within the Entry Period, including a valid email address
- Agree to receive email communications from the Organiser
- Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be chosen within 7 working days after the end of the Entry Period and will be notified via the email address provided during entry. The winner must respond with one week from the notification and if failure to do, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize: The prize for this competition is a year’s supply of one NutriScience product and a variety of NutriScience branded merchandise (assigned by the company). One year supply constitutes of 12 units of one particular product selected by the winner. The products available for the winner to choose from are:
- Anxikalm Compete 1.2kg
- Anxikalm Triple Strength Gel 30ml
- Arthri Aid Powder 1.2kg
- Arthri Aid Liquid 1 litre
- Bio Copper Gel 30ml
- Gut Gold 1.2kg
- Gastro Care 1.8kg
- Nutri Hemp 1.2kg
- NutriLyte 1.5kg
- NutriBalm 500ml
- The year’s supply and merchandise will be sent out in 2 allocations: the first in August and the second in December 2023. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Publicity: By participating in the competition, the winner grants the Organiser permission to use their name for promotional purposes related to the Competition, with further compensation or notification.
- Privacy: By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information, including email addresses, may be collected, processed and stored by the Organiser for the purpose of administering the Competition and sending marketing communications. The Organiser will handle personal information in accordance with European privacy laws and it’s privacy policy, found here.
- Disqualification: The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or tampering with the entry process. The Organiser’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity and winner selection are binding and final.
- Limitation of Liability: The Organiser and its affiliated agencies and employees shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses or injuries arising out of participation in the Competition or acceptance or use of the prize.
- Governing Law: The Terms & Conditions of this Competition are governed by construed in accordance with Irish Law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
- Modification or Termination: The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Competition at any time for any reason without prior notice. In the event of such modifications, suspension or termination, the Organiser may, at its discretion, award the prize based on eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Organiser concerning the Competition and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
- Waiver: The failure of the Organiser to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
