Omega Aid is a nutritional supplement to aid in the management of various skin conditions in dogs. It is designed to significantly increase the Omega 3 fatty acid intake. and so contains high levels of Omega 3. Also included in Omega Aid are vitamins A, D, E, biotin, and Zinc – all of which are essential for skin and coat maintenance and repair. Omega Aid works by correcting any dietary fatty acid imbalances ensuring the supply of the correct nutrients to maintain a healthy skin and coat.
This product is ideal for dogs with dull or poor coats, or ‘scratchy’ skin and comes in an aniseed flavour to ensure palatability.
Essential fatty acids, called Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, are needed by the body, just like vitamins. However, as the body cannot manufacture them they must be supplied by the diet. Fatty acids are major components of membranes such as skin, fur, nails & hair. The health of the skin and coat therefore depends on the type and properties of fatty acid available to them. Omega Aid provides a supplemental source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids plus vitamins A, D and E, which are beneficial for the maintenance of healthy looking skin and coats in dogs.
It is ideal for dogs with dull or poor coats, or ‘scratchy’ skin.
Composition: Refined Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Fish Oil (source of Omega 3), Evening Primrose Oil, Aniseed Oil.

Use dosing cap supplied. Give daily amount for the first 14-21 days, after this period dosage can be halved. Continue for at least two months for maximum benefit.

We have an old English bulldog who has sensitive skin and coat, and this seems to be fine with her, it smells good and it is very easy to measure out, overall it seems to make her feel better and more relaxed, very pleased that this really seems to help her.

My boy blue likes this in his dry dog food. It’s easy to use and add to his food and I know he’s getting a lot of good stuff in his diet. I wanted this supplement mostly for its help with blues skin because he suffers with allergies and can itch himself terribly. I’ve noticed since using that his coat is looking much better. The scent is as you would expect from an omega supplement but it’s not off putting for me and I haven’t seen blue be put off by it. He seems to like the flavour and it’s given me peace of mind he’s got another layer of help for his skin from within. I recommend this.
